This post is intended to provide general understanding on the licencing application process and the checklist of requried documents.

The documents provide the background and instructions on submitting an Application Form followed by the Application Form  to be submitted to the Posts and Telecommunications Department (“Department”). The Instructions on the Application Formprovide an overview the license; guidelines for submitting the Application Form; an overview of the criteria by which Applications will be evaluated; and a checklist of documents to be submitted with the Application.

Any application will not be accepted before the Licensing Rules are in place officially.
